I’ve spent the past few decades educating and sprinkling my joy and zest for life around the world, having lived on five continents. I am passionate about living life with zest, join me!

You might be wondering, Sharona how is this podcast different to zillion others out there, well I’m glad you’re wondering… it’s totally different because with this podcast I am able to welcome you into my life like I never have before. 

I promise every episode will be packed with inspiration, insights, and tangible tools as we dive deeper into everyday conversations on mindset, self-improvement, relationships, change, careers, ebbs and flows of life and many, many more topics that you get to be part of just by tuning in each week. Starting in 2024, I am going to be dropping an episode every Monday, to get you started for the week. 

Friends let’s not settle with just okay, by being bogged down with the mundaneness of life but be invigorated by my voice, motivational teachings and true stories to ignite some zestiness into your life. Yes, I did make up the word zestiness! And I like it.
